IMPORTANT REMINDERS
⚠️Be careful not to overtighten bolts or damage threads when chasing mounting holes. Threads on factory mounting holes can become clogged with rust or dirt. Always start bolts by hand and slowly tighten to ensure proper alignment and avoid cross-threading.
⚠️ Improper installation can lead to leaks, washer system failure, or damage to your vehicle. If you're uncomfortable performing this installation, seek professional help.
TOOLS & SUPPLIES NEEDED

STEP 2: IDENTIFY NEW MOUNTING LOCATIONS & PREP THREADS
Locate the new washer tank mounting points near the passenger-side headlight area.

The lower threaded mounting hole on the frame isn't used by the factory but will be used for your new washer tank relocation kit.
This unused mounting hole often gets clogged with dirt or rust. Use one of the previously removed 10mm bolts to chase and clean these threads. Thread the bolt slowly in and out until the threads are clean and clear.

STEP 3: PREPARE THE WASHER TANK FOR INSTALLATION
Your washer tank relocation kit comes fully assembled with a universal washer pump.

You can use the provided universal pump or reuse your OEM pump for reliability.
To reuse your OEM pump:
Unbolt the four bolts holding the new tank onto the bracket.
Wiggle the included universal pump out of the rubber grommet in the tank.

Remove your OEM pump from the original tank and carefully wiggle it into the new tank.
